Outline of Research:
What kinds of international cooperation have advanced countries been extending to developed countries in order to correct digital divide being produced within a developed country as well as between the former and latter?; What kinds of development strategies are underlying the international cooperation?; and Is the cooperation extended to the latter countries without hitch?-----With the above in view, the present research is to investigate the status of the digital divide caused by IT progress and to pursue the strategy and methodology of the right international cooperation for correcting the divide.
