Outline of Research:
  This system it named "Dynamic Career Information System (DCIS)" as been designed for being able to assess which job or company is the most fittable for one's person using the total personal information. The total personal information is the actual exited information in daily life from one's past experience. Result of search for prior way on the career matching field, it was impossible to measure the experience information among the sources of total personal information. The experienced information means that become obvious from situation how work in good or bad and be able to put into words on interview. As explained above, this DCIS is possible to provide means to higher reliability and relevance ratio by using the total personal information in the field of career matching. Thereto, the possibility of measuring the total personal information is also spur one's self-directed career.

The total personal information is the actual exited information in daily life and contains the three information which are from measured value by psychological test, from knowledge and skills written in a resume, and from one's past experience. Result of search for prior way on the career matching field, it was impossible to measure the experience information among the sources of total personal information. The experienced information means that become obvious from situation how work in good or bad and be able to put into words on interview.
