Our main study contents are as follows.

1) Electronic Conference Room Related Study
This study analyzes the citizen activities in electronic conference room that we developed for master planning and communication for community development, and more recently, push forward a study about dynamic planning. In 2002, we are giving an analysis of the role and the activity situation of the participation channels dividing four quadrants that are made from real space, virtual space, member limitation and non-member limitation. These results are presented for the 7th international conference on Computers in Urban Planning and Urban Management, 2001 and the 23rd Urban Data Management Symposium, Prague, Czech Republic of 2002 etc. .

2) Electronic Community Currency Related Study
These studies are analyzing the citizen activities on the application of electronic community currency on the contact-less smart cards (IC cards) that Yamato city, Kanagawa, Japan issued to some 90,000 citizens in 2001. We would like to build a system to actualize not only participation of "thought level" that has been done by electronic conference rooms but of "action level" by the electronic community currency system in information space. The part of results will be published to the city planning institute of Japan and the 8th Inter-University Seminar on Asian Megacities in Tsinghua University, China, 2002.

3) Modeling of Electronic Municipality
Modeling self-governing body arouses not only information sharing by communication media but community activity information that utilized local economic media. The purpose of modeling is to keep harmony between the participation of thought level that utilized electronic conference system in decision making process and the citizen involvement of action level that utilized electronic currency system in municipalities and NPO. Furthermore, this study tries that participation channels in the real community connect with information space and considers how to make a participating result feed back to administrative planning. This research studies about the model of management and planning in an electronic self-governing body through these trials.
