The analysis of the decision-making action on the computer networks is the fundamental component of applications including electronic commerce, cyber-democracy, etc. It is the indispensable thing which should serve as the foundation, in considering the relation between computer networks and society.
This research is intended to build a site on WEB in order to make experiments on decision-making and conduct self-diagnosis about decision-making, and knowledge about the decision-making action can be thereby enhanced. Although we can see many research activities on the communication and group work using the E-mail, research on change in the quality/nature of decision-making at the time of using TV meeting system is hardly made. Moreover, it can be said that the study on the negotiation action through computer networks like ours has been globally very few. |
