e-Learning is an advanced example of use of IT. It is becoming rapidly important as IT applied educational technique . It might provide integrated solutions vis-a-vis various issues, covering not only conventional teaching methods using computers in a classroom, but also design of teaching materials and lecture technique, innovation of the educational management method as well as measurement of the study effects.
Moreover, in concordance with the advent of a network era, e-Learning seems to have possibility to fundamentally reform an educational organization and educational administration. This research is to clarify the above-mentioned issues and decipher the correlation between them, the synthetic solution method, and an efficient investment and the usage. |
