Automobile companies are faced with various problems, such as environmental pollution, low energy efficiency, traffic accidents, and traffic jam. One and only way to solve those problems and enhance car performance is to electrically motorize and miniaturize a car, and make them intelligent. The present research is to deal with electric motorization, miniaturization and making-a car-intelligent as well as fusion of car engineering with information and communication technology. In reality, the researchers have so far developed and appraised a high performance electric car,"KAZ",and developed an automatic driving system as well as a super small sized multi purpose electric car, and the like.
